The Busterpharma is connected by an high speed Web Video Conferencing to a qualified Pharmacist, that provides a real time support to the end users. Thanks to the video camera installed on the front-end of the BusterPharma, the Pharmacist has always a clear view of the end user and of the surrounding area. Only when the Pharmacist authorizes the delivery of the OTC drug products to the end user, they can be paid for them. User interface software module:

This software module is being installed on the BusterPharma vending machine and it can be accessed by using the Touch screen. It represents the first point of contact between the end user the BusterPharma system. The GUI has been developped to ensure reassuring human contact between the end user and the Pharmacist. The end user can choose between two operations: - The Direct purchase by scrolling the OTC product list. The Pharmacist after monitoring the operations carried out by the end user, can decide if to validate or refuse the purchase request. Maintenance Software Module:

This software module is being installed in the BusterPharma vending machine and can be used only by the maintenance personnel and by the Pharmacist as well. It allows to run all management tasks such as restock the inventory and checking the inventory.

Pharmacist Interface module:

This software is being installed on the Pharmacist's management computer. This software module allows the Pharmacist to keep a real time monitoring of any action of the end user and the surrounding area around the vending machine. By this tool the pharmacist can check the drug inventory in real time , provide a real time support during the selections of the drugs and authorize the delivery of the drugs.

Managament Software Module:

It manages the administrative operations of the drugs such as Pricing, Stock Inventory, Orders, Re-order Settings Levels and the Diagnostic Operations. This software module is Web Based to allow the Pharmacist to manage the entire park of Busterpharma vending machines easly.
